Thanks very much for commenting on my blog, Shane! I hope you come back from time to time.I'm sorry that I haven't been 'in the know' with comics... and that's my excuse for not buying a copy of Cthulhu Tales.Lame, I know.
I always found it tricky to make monster's feel creepy and ghoulish. You nailed it! great composition and fluid line work. Ill be checking from time to time. Great work. Edmond Lee
Great cover and very good blog,I like very munch your pencils,I come back soon!
I think this is my favorite cover for Cthulhu yet. Amazingly strong image.
brian - yeah, i'll be popping over agen.and no, that's not lame. a lot of folk don't follow monthly comics, my comment was more aimed at the people who DO, and who follow this blog, and worse, profess to have a strong bias towards the horror genre(yes - YOU!). as far as i know,no acquaintances or friends of mine buy CTHULHU TALES or ZOMBIE TALES. that's ethier cus; 1. they think they are crap(though they'd have to buy one to find out!). 2. they don't wanna spend the money. 3.they really don't give a shit.i suspect it's a mix of 2 and 3.roland - thankyou.eddie - i find it tricky to make things NOT look creepy and ghoulish! thanx for the kind words.jorge - please do keep coming back, cheers!eric - thanks, mate. it came out better than i expected, and woz a buzz to draw.
Bugger, sorry to hear that. I pick up the odd issue (suppose I fall into the 2. camp), so I guess I didn't help.
