Fistful of sketches

Trying to loosen up, speed up, and generally have a good time with drawing, this fistful of sketches includes character designs for two projects in motion.

Inking with a mangled brush pen with hardly any juice left in it, is a million miles away from how i do finished drawings, but, by Odin's beard, that is gonna change!

Hey Shane I hate to say this, but I forgot how absolutely simple and exquisite your drawing is. You make it look easy, damn you. To answer your query I don't really know what the story behind the Spicy Engine is,as my 3 year old son who came up with the title hasn't told me. So far it seems to have something to do with something called the "hot dog farm" and some body called the wickard. He is revealing the world to me as he goes.

zeebs - thankyou, and also thanks for using the word 'fab', an underused favourite of mine, will be drawing 'that' and the 'other' comic, soon, soon, soon...

jg - your son is either a genius-in-the-making or insane, i'm alright with either, as long as he keeps dreaming up such strange stuff - feed him plenty of strong cheese and spicy foods before bedtime, just to make sure.

sean - cheers! one of these days i'm gonna have to do a proper pic
of the clown prince of crime...

Hi Shane
Just finished Albion and wanted to know, being a small Frank Alfred Bellamy fan, are the occurrences of the word 'FAB'(in Issues 1,2,and 3 anything to do with my favourite (sorry) artist from Kettering

By the way, I did really enjoy Albion, and get a kick out of seeing people I'd forgotten such as Charlie Peace
